Grace Kelley, daughter of Wynonna Judd, has been arrested for the second time within a four-month span. On August 3, Kelley, 28, was taken into Carroll County Jail in Georgia on three misdemeanor charges: driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper use of motorcycle gear, and evading arrest, according to Entertainment Weekly.
She spent a night behind bars and was released after posting a $2,750 bond. There has been no immediate response from Judd’s representatives regarding this arrest.
Kelley’s recent arrest is just the latest in a series of legal issues she has faced. Earlier this year, in April, she was charged in Alabama with indecent exposure, obstructing justice, and soliciting prostitution. This followed an incident where she was reportedly exposing herself at a busy intersection in Millbrook, as reported by AL.com and WSFA 12.
Kelley, who is the daughter of Judd and her ex-husband Arch Kelley III, has previously been arrested for meth possession in 2016. She served an eight-year prison sentence starting in 2018 for breaching probation. She was granted a temporary release in March 2022 to give birth to her daughter, Kaliyah.
Released from prison in December 2022, Kelley was arrested again in May 2023 for breaching a restraining order and parole terms. She was held at Putnam County Jail in Tennessee and was reportedly released in October 2023.
Though Judd has not publicly addressed these issues, she is currently raising her granddaughter, Kaliyah, who is now 2 years old. Judd has spoken about the strong bond she has with Kaliyah, expressing her desire for the child to feel unconditionally loved and to know that her best efforts are always sufficient.
