Captain America Faces a New Foe in "Captain America: Brave New World" Teaser

Captain America is gearing up for a fresh challenge on the big screen with a new teaser trailer for “Captain America: Brave New World”. The trailer reveals a fierce confrontation between Red Hulk and Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson.

While comic book enthusiasts will recognize the Red Hulk, we’ll keep the details about his identity under wraps. Sam Wilson, who took over as Captain America after Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers in the 2021 Disney+ series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, is making his film debut in this role.

This film marks the first time Mackie headlines as Captain America, and the trailer showcases his dedication through intense action scenes.

The teaser also introduces a mysterious new villain, portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito, who is seen wielding an automatic weapon. Additionally, Harrison Ford steps into the role of Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, now President of the United States, taking over from the late William Hurt who passed away in 2022.

Mackie promises that this film will deliver “a clear reset” for the Marvel universe. According to Mackie, it will redefine what the universe is and where it’s heading, akin to how “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” set a new course for Marvel.
