Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, one of Hollywood's favorite duos, are teaming up again. The pair is working on a new Netflix film, according to a post from the streaming service. The movie, titled "RIP", is said to be a thriller with Affleck and Damon both starring and producing, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. Their company, Artists Equity, is backing the project, which will be directed by Joe Carnahan.
Affleck and Damon, who won an Oscar for Best Screenplay for "Good Will Hunting" in 1997, also starred in that film together. They have a long history of collaboration, having appeared in movies like "Dogma," "The Last Duel," and "Air," which Affleck directed. The duo was also recently seen together in a Dunkin' Donuts commercial aired during the Super Bowl.
As of now, no plot details for "RIP" have been released. CNN has reached out to representatives for Affleck, Damon, and Netflix for more information.
