Discover the dark charm of Wednesday Addams in season 2! Netflix reveals sneak peeks, new cast members, and more spine-tingling adventures for 2025.

Wednesday Addams and her signature dark allure are making a comeback for season 2, and Netflix has released a new behind-the-scenes video offering fans a sneak peek of what’s ahead.

The clip features cast members such as Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Emma Myers, and Joy Sunday, sharing exclusive moments and teasing scenes from the upcoming season. In a chilling moment, Ortega’s character ominously declares, "Let’s play dolls," while wielding a menacingly serrated knife.

Zeta-Jones, portraying Morticia Addams, hints at a season that promises to be "bigger and more twisted than you can imagine." Although the teaser is brief, Wednesday quips, "If we showed you any more, your eyes would bleed, and I'm not that generous."

The first season, directed by Tim Burton, offered a fresh take on The Addams Family, with Ortega playing the iconic goth girl who navigates her emerging psychic abilities at Nevermore Academy while solving a mystery amidst a supernatural crisis.

Details about the plot for season 2 remain largely under wraps, but showrunners Al Gough and Miles Millar have expressed enthusiasm about the entire Addams family joining Nevermore this season, along with a mix of both new and familiar characters.

Steve Buscemi is set to join the cast as Barry Dort, along with new regulars Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, and Noah Taylor. The guest star lineup will include Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suotamo.

However, some familiar faces will not return. Percy Hynes White, who played Wednesday’s love interest, has stepped down following sexual assault allegations, which he denies. Additionally, Jamie McShane (Sheriff Donovan Galpin) and Naomi J. Ogawa (Yoko Tanaka) will not be part of season 2.

Fans can anticipate more spooky adventures from Wednesday on Netflix in 2025.
